4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the
shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or
carrier issues

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Our Return & Refund Policy governs all returns, refunds, and
cancellations.

• Orders may be canceled before shipping or production.
Returns are allowed within 14 days of delivery for unused,
• unopened items in original packaging.
• Custom/personalized items are not eligible for return or refund.
• Return shipping fees are customer-responsible for
non-defective returns; we cover fees for defective/wrong items.
• No restocking fees are charged.
